I contacted Clear Surveys upon recommendation from the estate agent who was selling the property I was looking to purchase. The estate agent was not let down. Despite living too far to be present at the time of the survey, the report I received was very professional and comprehensive. Faults found during the survey had recommendations how to correct the faults. Any queries I had on the reports were readily answered without complaint. Due to the precise layout of the report, I was able to use a relevant part of it to overcome objections from a specialist insurance company to obtain full insurance cover where other specialist insurance companies were not even willing to provide a quote.
